Great staff and family-friendly atmosphere.

Our experience was quite frustrating. First, the check-in process was shockingly slow, taking way too long for us to get to our room. Additionally, the amenities were subpar. the freezer in our room wasn't working, and after calling House Keeping multiple times, nothing was done. The TV remote was also acting up, adding to our frustrations. How can such issues exist in a supposedly high-quality resort?

The stay was quite enjoyable, with stunning valley views from our balcony that really set a romantic scene. The room was spacious and clean, making it a pleasant refuge after exploring the nearby attractions. The staff ensured we had a comfortable experience, and the food was excellent, especially the extensive vegetarian buffet.
